Cancellation policy

Either side can cancel the stay at short notice if it’s a matter of public health.

If you need to cancel your stay

If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, please do not come to stay. Cancel your booking and you will not be charged. We will do our best to accommodate different dates for you.

If you need to cancel for any other reason, you can still do so and not be charged. However, please consider that we are a small family business and we do ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.

If we need to cancel your stay

We reserve the right to cancel your stay at short notice if:

All cleaning staff are showing symptoms of Covid-19, so we are not able to safely clean the space.

  • We keep a rotation of staff to help avoid this.

A previous guest has shown symptoms of Covid-19 and needs the space to quarantine.

  • We will try our very best to find you somewhere else, or rebook your dates, if we need to do this.

The Scottish Government announces lockdown rules meaning people shouldn’t travel or stay away from home.

  • We will give you the first chance to book when we reopen if we need to do this.

There is physical damage to the property and it’s not a safe place to stay.
